- 420doc provides the digital platform and the free choice of pharmacy
- 420doc does not sell or ship any medicines
- Advice, dispensing, shipping or pick-up as well as billing patients are handled exclusively by your pharmacy
- The patient chooses a pharmacy independently
The cooperation takes place within the framework of the German Pharmacy Act and the relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
Prescription transmission
Digital transmission to connected pharmacies
- For connected partner pharmacies, prescriptions are transmitted digitally – depending on technical availability – via the existing prescription interface to the pharmacy chosen by the patient.
- The choice of pharmacy is made exclusively by the patient. The free choice of pharmacy remains unaffected.
- Pharmacies that do not want direct digital transmission via the interface can contact us – we will then look into an alternative form of transmission, such as a prior email notification with the option to accept or decline.
- Pharmacies can reach us by email at any time with general questions about the connection, organisational processes or setting the receiving address.
